Software Engineer Intern (Next.js, Supabase & AI)

About the role

Are you passionate about building modern web applications and exploring AI-powered products? We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join our team at Vitraga Solutions.

This internship offers hands-on experience working on real-world SaaS products, AI integrations, and scalable web applications. You'll collaborate directly with experienced developers and contribute to products used by real users.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain modern web applications using Next.js, React, and the MERN Stack
• Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
• Design and manage databases using Supabase and MongoDB
• Implement authentication, storage, and database features using Supabase
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI services into applications
• Debug, optimize, and maintain production applications

What we're looking for

• Experience with Next.js and React.js
• Experience with Express.js
• Experience working with Supabase (Database, Auth, Storage)
• Understanding of MongoDB
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub workflows
• Understanding of REST APIs and modern web application architecture
• Preferred: Experience with LangChain
• Preferred: Experience building AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar models
• Preferred: Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI agents
• Preferred: Contributions to open-source projects or strong personal projects
