A comprehensive NDIS participant and provider management platform streamlining care plans, funding tracking, and compliance reporting.
About the project
We built a full-scale NDIS Management System for an Australian disability services provider that needed to modernise their operations. The platform includes a participant portal for managing care plans and service bookings, a provider dashboard with funding tracking and NDIS compliance reporting, automated claiming workflows integrated with the NDIS pricelink and payment request APIs, and a secure document management system. The result was a 60% reduction in administrative overhead and full adherence to NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards.
