AI / ML Engineer

About the role

We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to help our clients unlock the power of AI in their products. You'll design and implement everything from LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines to custom ML models — always with production readiness, security, and performance in mind.

You'll work alongside full-stack engineers and designers to ship AI-driven products that actually work in the real world.

What you'll do

• Design and build AI/ML features for client products — LLM integrations, RAG, embeddings, and more
• Develop and deploy custom ML models and inference pipelines
• Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost
• Collaborate with full-stack engineers to ship AI features end-to-end
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape and bring insights to the team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in ML/AI engineering or applied research
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar)
• Experience deploying models to production (API serving, monitoring, versioning)
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
• Strong software engineering fundamentals — not just notebooks
