Product Designer

About the role

We're hiring a Product Designer who can take full ownership of design — from research to high-fidelity UI — across our diverse client portfolio. You'll work in a fast-paced, AI-first environment where designs move to production quickly.

You'll design for SaaS platforms, AI products, mobile apps, and web applications across industries. Adaptability, curiosity, and a deep respect for the end user are essential.

What you'll do

• Lead design from discovery through delivery on multiple client projects
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate closely with AI-augmented engineering teams for rapid iteration
• Present design rationale to clients with clarity and confidence

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of product design experience (agency or startup experience a plus)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process and polished visual design
• Expert-level proficiency with Figma
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Comfort working at speed without sacrificing quality
• Experience working alongside engineering teams in agile environments
