Technical Project Manager

About the role

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager who can keep pace with our AI-augmented delivery model. You'll orchestrate multiple client projects simultaneously, acting as the connective tissue between engineering, design, and stakeholders.

Our projects move fast. You should be comfortable with agile methodologies, thrive in async-first environments, and have enough technical depth to speak confidently about architecture and trade-offs.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of 2–3 fast-moving client projects simultaneously
• Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives in an AI-first workflow
• Maintain project timelines, budgets, and scope documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and QA

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or tech company
• Strong understanding of agile/scrum methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with tools like Linear, Notion, Jira, or similar
• Technical literacy — comfortable discussing APIs, deployments, and architecture
• PMP or Scrum certification is a plus
