Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of speed and quality. You'll leverage AI-powered tools across the development lifecycle — from code generation to testing — while maintaining the architectural rigour our clients depend on.

You'll own features from concept to deployment, mentor teammates, and help push the boundaries of what an AI-first engineering team can deliver.

What you'll do

• Architect and ship full-stack features with React/Next.js and Node.js using AI-augmented workflows
• Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, performant UIs
• Design and implement secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code — fast
• Lead code reviews and mentor engineers on AI-first development practices
• Contribute to engineering standards, tooling, and internal knowledge-sharing

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong proficiency with React, Next.js, and Node.js
• Experience with AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Cline, or similar)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong opinions on code quality, loosely held
• A portfolio or GitHub demonstrating shipped, production-grade work
